Hyewon’s Advising Philosophy:

I am here to listen to your story and empathize with you when life presents its challenges. I am committed to not accepting a “no” from anyone when my students need my support and advocacy. Additionally, I can assist you with finding scholarships, navigating the UW Tuition consortium, accessing pre-health advising, conducting an industry job search, and offering guidance with both your academic and personal life.

There are three things you should know to understand me:

I formed:

  • The Korean Dram Club to meet my CeO friends as soon as I got here in Nov. 2022. Meetings on M/Th @3:30.
  • I Belong Here: CeO Pre-med club friends meet on Tues @2pm.
  • The CeO Investment Club (coming in Fall 2023), anyone interested?

CeO Scholars Say:

“Omg! You are one of the few adults in this institution who I feel supported by. You are always there to listen and help in any way possible. And your positivity helps me think positively!” – T.W.

“CeO and my advisor have helped and impacted my life on campus by giving me access to academic resources such as extra support for classes, a specialized support and access to opportunities beyond the classroom that allow me to explore my career-oriented endeavors.” – C. G

“Hyewon: Asian Persuasion. I utilize CeO advising more than any other services on UW-Madison campus due to its flexibility, quality, and sense of comfort. CeO embraces my progress on my pre-med journey while supplying vital resources and connections to ensure my success.” – V. L.
